ABOUT ISABELLE

Isabelle Roux Wright is a private French tutor based in West Vancouver, B.C. Canada. She is a French Citizen and has always had a passion for sharing the French culture and language, as she was born to French Professor Parents.

 

She studied International Politics and Economics at the University of Ottawa, and currently acts as the West Coast UOttawa Social Sciences and Francophonie Ambassador for the University.

 

Beginning her career at External Affairs, she ultimately pursued a career in Early Childhood Education. She was the founder and owner of the successful French daycare center “Les trésors d’Isabelle” in Ottawa, ON for many years prior to relocating to Vancouver, B.C. in 2006.

She received an Honorary independent School Teaching Certificate from the Ministry of Education of British Columbia and has been providing French tutoring and translation for the last 15 years.  She has taught at Mulgrave School and at The Lionsgate Christian Academy. She is a specialist of French Didactics.

In her spare time, Isabelle is passionate about French Literature, Languages, Music, Fine Arts, Photography, and Travelling. She is a mother of three.

In addition to French, Isabelle is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
